{"id":1619,"date":"2023-10-13T08:48:31","date_gmt":"2023-10-13T08:48:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/strange-sammet.82-165-59-152.plesk.page\/?page_id=1619"},"modified":"2025-06-11T09:29:51","modified_gmt":"2025-06-11T09:29:51","slug":"outlook-add-in-installation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cp-prod-wordpress.alfa.sx\/de\/miscellaneous\/for-it-administrators\/outlook-add-in\/outlook-add-in-installation\/","title":{"rendered":"Hinweise zur Installation des Outlook Add-Ins"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-alfaview-callout\">\n<p>Das alfaview Outlook Add-In steht f\u00fcr folgende Anwendungen zur Verf\u00fcgung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Outlook 2016 auf Mac und Windows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outlook 2019 auf Mac und Windows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outlook 2021 auf Mac und Windows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outlook auf Mac und Windows (Microsoft 365)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outlook im Web<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit Sie das alfaview Outlook Add-In mit einer Exchange On-Premise-L\u00f6sung nutzen k\u00f6nnen, muss mindestens der <strong>Exchange Server 2016<\/strong> genutzt werden. \u00c4ltere Versionen werden nicht unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Aktuell kann das Add-In noch nicht auf den mobilen Betriebssystemen (iOS\/Android) genutzt werden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir stellen ein alfaview Add-In f\u00fcr Microsoft Outlook 365 zur Verf\u00fcgung. Das Add-In erm\u00f6glicht es Ihnen, alfaview-Meetings direkt in Ihrem Microsoft Outlook 365 Kalender zu erstellen und den Link zu Ihrem Meeting an Ihre Teilnehmer:innen zu versenden.<br>Weitere <strong>Office-Add-In<\/strong> im Dropdown-Men\u00fc aus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>W\u00e4hlen Sie <strong>Manifestdatei (.xml) vom Ger\u00e4t hochladen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klicken Sie auf <strong>Datei ausw\u00e4hlen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00d6ffnen Sie die heruntergeladene XML-Datei und klicken Sie auf <strong>Weiter<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weisen Sie die gew\u00fcnschten Benutzer oder Gruppen zu und klicken Sie auf <strong>Weiter<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Akzeptieren Sie die Berechtigungsanforderungen und klicken Sie auf <strong>Weiter<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00dcberpr\u00fcfen Sie die Details und klicken Sie auf <strong>Bereitstellung fertig stellen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Add-In steht Ihren
