{"id":620,"date":"2023-10-17T14:21:10","date_gmt":"2023-10-17T14:21:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/strange-sammet.82-165-59-152.plesk.page\/?page_id=620"},"modified":"2025-06-16T14:34:12","modified_gmt":"2025-06-16T14:34:12","slug":"outlook-add-in-usage","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cp-prod-wordpress.alfa.sx\/en\/miscellaneous\/for-it-administrators\/outlook-add-in\/outlook-add-in-usage\/","title":{"rendered":"Outlook add-in usage"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-alfaview-callout\">\n<p>The alfaview Outlook add-in is available for the following apps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Outlook 2016 on Mac and Windows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outlook 2019 on Mac and Windows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outlook 2021 on Mac and Windows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outlook on Mac and Windows (Microsoft 365)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outlook on the web<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to use the alfaview Outlook add-in with an Exchange on-premise solution, <strong>Exchange Server 2016<\/strong> or later is required. Older versions are not supported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>At the moment the Outlook add-in is not yet compatible with the mobile platforms (iOS\/Android).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide an alfaview add-in for Microsoft Outlook 365. Click on <button class=\"av-button av-button--primary\">Sign In<\/button>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Login with your alfaview account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:1px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit your event details and add your participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the alfaview symbol in the ribbon menu (you might have to expand the menu using the three dots to see the alfaview icon).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <button class=\"av-button av-button--primary\">Add meeting<\/button>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your meeting will now be created and can be sent with your event details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can now see your meeting in the alfaview room list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:1px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-alfaview-callout\">\n<p>Do not remove the location from the event details or your participants will not be able to join your icon).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <button class=\"av-button av-button--primary\">Update<\/button> to apply your changes to your alfaview meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"delete-a-meeting\">Delete a meeting<a href=\"https:\/\/cp-prod-wordpress.alfa.sx\/en\/miscellaneous\/outlook-add-in\/outlook-add-in-usage\/#delete-a-meeting\"><\/a><a
